Mission-Driven Work
Every task ties back to a simple, powerful purpose: no one in Yuma should go hungry. That sense of meaning is something our team carries with them every day.
Working at the Yuma Community Food Bank means showing up every day for your neighbors. Our team is on the front line of hunger relief in the Yuma region, and the work is as meaningful as it gets.
Every position here, whether in the warehouse, in our programs, or in the office, connects directly to the families we serve. Together, we distribute 55,000 meals a day, five days a week, across Yuma and the surrounding communities of Dateland, Wellton, San Luis, and Somerton. That kind of impact takes a dedicated team.

You'll see the results of your work firsthand. Thousands of families in our area depend on what we do, and our team is proud to be part of that story.
Our staff and our 10,000+ volunteers share a common spirit. It's a welcoming, collaborative environment built around giving back.
We're a local organization serving local families. Our work happens right here in the community where our team lives and calls home.
